YOURLS is a great one, just finished setting it up to work with Tweetie 2’s custom URL shortening function on the iPhone, works well so recommended!

http://5pl.us is a good free url shortening service as well! It’s only 5 characters + your alias (custom or auto-generated). It’s still a new site so you can get one or two letter aliases no problem. eg. http://5pl.us/c
URLI.CA is a good script, but it has a stupid bug, it doesn’t support hyphen domain name. e.g. google-yahoo.com
